Tres Palacios Gas Storage LLC, a wholly-owned NGS entity, started operations on October 1, 2008.   This facility is located in Wharton/Matagorda Counties, Texas. We are currently in the process of bringing on our third and final cavern and expect to be at full commercial operation over the next 12 months.

Leaf River Energy Center LLC has commenced construction on a new greenfield salt storage facility further downstream than any proposed or operating salt facility in the Gulf Coast. Construction on the first cavern for Leaf River commenced in January, 2009 and updates will be posted on our continued progression.

In 2007, NGS acquired the Windy Hill Gas Storage LLC project, a bedded salt storage project near the Cheyenne Hub in Morgan County, Colorado.

Most recently, NGS has announced a new underground salt project in Pinal County, Arizona, called Arizona Natural Gas Storage LLC (“ANGS”). On December 15, 2009, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (”FERC”) accepted ANGS’ request for approval to use the pre-filing procedures and establish a pre-filing docket (PF10-3-000).    The facility is projected to be in service the summer of 2012.
