Dear Mr. Bowe:
In the above referenced dockets, Windy Hill Gas Storage, LLC (Windy Hill) was authorized to construct, own, and operate a natural gas storage facility located in Morgan County, Colorado. In the May 19, 2006 Order, the Commission required that Windy Hill construct and place the facilities in service within four years of the date of the order. On April 28, 2010, Windy Hill requested a three-year extension of time to construct and place into service the subject facilities.
Based upon the facts presented in your request, Windy Hill is granted an extension of time until and including May 19, 2013 to complete and make the facilities authorized in the above referenced docket available for service. This action is taken pursuant to authority delegated by the Commission in 18 CFR § 375.308(w)(4). Sincerely, John M.
